El Centro Fundraiser Night

El Centro Fundraiser Night

El Centro De Topeka plays a key role in our community by serving newcomers in our area and turning them into neighbors. El Centro connects families to resources, breaks down language barriers, improves and increases the communities health and empowerment. They are able to provide these essential key aspects of helping those in Topeka by their services; Community Resource Program, Mobile Health Clinic, Latino Leadership Collaborative, and Immigrant Assistance Clinic.

For all of the good that El Centro provides for the citizens of Topeka, all that they ask in return is that you go grab dinner at Noodles & Company on September 5th from 4-8pm. Say that you are there for El Centro and Noodles & Co. will give 25% of sales back to El Centro. Giving back to an organization that does so much never tasted so good!

Online Resource Directory is fixed!

As many of you know, our online resource directory has been down for some time and we deeply apologize for this inconvenience. However, we are very excited to announce it is back up and running!

The Community Resource Directory is an accumulative list of over 700 different agencies and programs for social services. The directory has detailed descriptions and is easily comprehensible.  The services are listed ranging from general and adult services, children, youth and family services, senior citizens services, mental health and substance abuse services, medical services, food & clothing banks & hot meals, and support groups for the Jackson, Jefferson, and Shawnee Counties and Veteran Resources.

You may find all of these listings at directory.crcnet.org, print your own directory, or pick one up at CRC for $10.00!
